JavaZone 2010 - Are you ready for change?
At the core of Agile lies the ability to adapt and change as you learn more about the system and problem domain. And even though many are doing the ceremonies of Agile, they often fail to acknowledge what it really means to be ready for change.
In several projects I have seen things that is constantly blocking our efforts to become agile. Doing the ceremony might make you feel good, but it doesn't mean you are reaping the full benefits of Agile. In this lightning talk I will take you through some of the common mistakes I have seen, and hopefully prevent you from doing them too.
