JavaZone 2010 - Is the grass greener for wiki users?
The city administration of Oslo has recently introduced the Atlassian Confluence enterprise wiki to be a collaborative multi-tool for addressing several of their challenges with internal project management and organizing information. In light of this effort this lightening-talk will consider some of the benefits of taking a structured approach when adopting such grass-roots knowledge management tools, and how Confluence in particular is well suited to this due to its powerful plugin-framework.
